This is a reminder to pick up your trash because if you litter someone else will get it and you will be an annoyance.
I agree big corporations are the main contributors but when I’m mowing a commercial property and have to pick up a condom you got to think who put that there the company or a man.

Here's a great idea: what if they hired people to remove trash instead of relying on free labor. They would create jobs too.
I never litter but I'm not going out of my way to pick up trash for someone else. Maybe if it was around my neighborhood, but even here they have people hired to take care of it.

Cute idea, I agree that it’s not up to the citizens to clean up others trash and I would like people to get more jobs. I only see one problem that’s you kind of missed my point, the sad thing is that job shouldn’t even exist if people just learn to clean after themselves. How will they get payed? Per hour and people will be standing around with no real incentive to work, get payed by the bag and people will actually make more litter to get payed more. I actually think it could work but I feel it shouldn’t have to be a thing.

I'm fairly sure other countries do following.
We have to separate the recyclable household trash from the generic. Plastics, paper, cardboard, so essentially all the flammable material. The generic trash goes to the incinerator, but since all the flammables our selected out, that mean using more gas to turn all to ash. So the incinerators buy the recyclable trash from the waste management company, and they recycle the trash as fuel.
So basically they do what they originally did, except now they insert one step of payment, and voile it's all green.
