I've been waiting for a very long time for the headline "incel busted for running russian pedoring" with photos of the Ivans running it. No idea why the German state isn't doing anything about it. There's no way they'd collect information for this many years. There's also no way they don't know about it, because it shows up in the report of the secret service.

So I'm going with the usual mix of incompetence and laziness. Not to mention, by 2025, a large chunk of the internet is practically the same as kohlchan.
