A lot of bottled alcohol contains water, no water= more constipation.

drink water, it's better to drink extra water than not to.

That's true, I experienced that myself and thought that just meant I don't need to drink like other people lol. Had crazy anxiety on the verge of panic attacks while working in the backyard in summer which got away once I slam dunked 1/1.5 liters of water.
