i have a feeling cooking youtube becomes a cooking show youtube, or just show, you don't really hear of recepies anymore, you just watch a guy cooking instant noodles in the giant experience ass cheese wheel, or someone deepfrying a tower of cholesterol and shit, so no wonder we become dumber watching cooking slop cause you don't come for cooking anymore, you come for a show that will rot your braincell

i watch cooking videos all the time and never had such experience's

depends what you watch though, cause i stumble across drama or god forbid shorts of guys making things with expensive food, though ngl the channel recreating dishes (tasting the history or how it's called) is cool
