Sure, there could be circumstances that would make me pick them. But I'd pick a tent over it to be honest.
Liek if I'd hat to decide to purchase a flat, I'd buy an empty plot of land, set up some tents, or more like yurts on it. From opening three yurts into each other one could get a cozy home, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The utilities have to be solved, but it's quite doable.
