Speak with power loud so everyone can hear this worked very well with my presentation.
Do not talk with your hands. It’s OK if you do it a little bit to emphasize things, but it would not be a main thing it looks almost unprofessional.
Finally never say umm or uhh or else it looks really unprofessional instead, if you’re talking too fast for yourself, pause and don’t say anything it’s OK if you get out one uhh but it shouldn’t be on every sentence.
And of course he can do the normal things like pull up your hands, chew gum, ect. I recommend depending on the award and how prestigious it is where anywhere from business casual to business formal. (You will get taken more seriously)
