of course our bodies designed to get a semen but it doesn't correlate with modern mindset, where is much more we want to do rather give a 10th birth and sit at home, period exists for a reason (unfortunately), recent studies have shown that lack of sex leads to premature aging and menopause, but there's no connection between soul and giving a birth

The charrua were only a couple hundred and they went extinct after the independence of my country because we had a dictator that campaigned genocide against them. Most people descend from either european immigrants (some from north africa or the middle east too) or black slaves that came from Brazil.
Centuries later our government started forcing a fictional "charrua identity". The truth is that almost nobody in Uruguay has charrua ancestors, about 30% of my country has some native american DNA but it is from the guarani that lived at the north of my country, not from the charrua. The department with the most guarani DNA is Tacuarembo which is about 40% or something, as you would figure in the south there is almost no amerindian DNA except for Rocha. The reason my government forces a charrua identity over a guarani one is because Paraguay already usurpated the guarani identity.
Luis Suarez and Ronal Araujo are brown for example but they are not from amerindian stock but rather a mixture of blacks and mediterranean europeans.

My point was that not everybody in Latin America is mestizo (amerindian + spanish) but rather it is diverse because it is a region that was settled from many places due to waves of immigrations from many continentes and in some places native people went extinct completely, for example in my country almost nobody is mestizo and most cubans don't have any drop of amerindian blood too because the native caribbean people (tainos) went fully extinct shortly after Columbus came.
It is not okay to try to force a mestizo identity on all Latin Americans and almost everybody that does this is not from this region and knows little to nothing about it, in certain way it is somewhat discriminatory.
There are lot of "brown" people in Latin America that don't really have any native ancestors at all, Amerindians are not the only "brown" people out there but also lot of these "brown" people are of mixed black-european origin or from arab origin, even from pure european stock since europeans are not all blonde and blue-eyed of pale skin. For example a lot of italians and spaniards have slightly brown skin (see Rosalia) because the mediterranean is not the same as northern europe, mediterranean europeans typically have tanned skin and dark hair and eyes.
Being Hispanic is not equal to being a mestizo by the way, because Hispanic means spaniard or portuguese in fact people of amerindian origin are hardly Hispanic because as I said being Hispanic is being spanish.
And finally about the rape thing if we get really serious then everyone is a rapebaby, Africans raped each other in tribal conflicts, and the mongol hordes of Genghis Khan raped most of Asia and all of Eastern Europe. The moors and ottomans raped southern europeans too. If we go even more far back the first Homo sapiens raped Neanderthals and Denisovans.
