Update on my hemorrhoids: it's still outside of my ass, but the pain has mostly subsided because of the ointment I applied. Now my next step might be buying suppositories, I want to avoid going to the doc because it's hell getting an appointment.

What have you done wrong in your life so I know how to avoid it in mine?

It's probably hereditary, my mother and grandmother suffer from it as well. Although me sitting a lot probably doesn't help either.

Best way against roids is to have flawless anal hygiene. That means that you have to use ans bidet or at least wet toilet paper after every poop. Every tiem.
If you don’t do this they are inevitable.
GermanyBernd2024-10-31 14:09:07 · 2yNo. 325306reply
>If you don’t do this they are inevitable
pretty sure it is inevitable by a well-rounded diet and exercise or at least not sitting 10 hours a day on your fat ass
and what really helps is warm sitting baths, you don't have to do a full bath you can just fill the tub a little and sit in it for 10-15 minutes or while showering spray your angus with cold water for a few minutes to increase blood flow

t. also has hemorrhoids sometimes despite skinny and some sports but because i'm simply refusing to stop sitting and eating pizza
GermanyBernd2024-10-31 14:13:23 · 2yNo. 325308reply
>at least wet toilet paper after every poop
also careful with that, too much irritating with wet paper isn't good for the anus either and can be the cause of hemorrhoids as well. i have to use it because i am not an animal and getting a bidet is a too big statement on life for me at the moment but i try to minimize the depth and length of time when wiping wet
RussiaBernd2024-10-31 14:13:38 · 2yNo. 325309reply
I must be safe then, I also believe that washing your anus after every pooping session is an absolute must. But we're in the minority. Just imagine the fecal dreadlocks the rest of this board has.

Can't you remove it with surgery? Try doing it using healthcare of your country, for free. Go to the doctor, demand he give you the direction to surgical clinic where they do it for government money.

German healthcare is on the brink of collapse because going to the doctor to talk is the favorite passtime of increasing hordes of german pensioners

I don’t want it removed, I just want it to fuck off back inside my ass.
RussiaBernd2024-10-31 17:23:51 · 2yNo. 325321reply
Can't you buy like a butt plug and stuck it in there, and push it inside? Have one with the tail and claim you are a furry or something. (thats not medical advice, consult with your doctor for that)
GermanyBernd2024-10-31 17:56:26 · 2yNo. 325322reply
Normally I can push it inside, this time I can’t
RussiaBernd2024-10-31 18:05:56 · 2yNo. 325328reply
there is nothing normal about hemor. Have you seen the doctor? There are candles shit that you push into your ass, they dissolve there and it makes it go away. They are pretty cheap. You can also eliminate chairs from your home and put pillows on your floor, kneel on them if you need to write on the computer or put computer on the floor and lie on the belly on top of a carpet. But better see the doctor
GermanyBernd2024-10-31 18:08:14 · 2yNo. 325330reply
As I said in OP I want to avoid doctor , but I will see what the next couple of days bring, maybe I can get it to go away through ointment and suppositories

or it will grow worse and worse and when you finally see doctor - he is going to say "Well, Bernd, why you didn't go to me earlier? There is nothing to be ashamed, its just in your head. but by avoiding the doctror you downgrade the quality of life."

atleast get the appointment and by the time your date arrives you will know if its gotten better or worse

tell me more about doctors and hospitals in Germany. Are they really that bad?

I in turn will tell about my expirience in Russia. I recently got a shit on my eye, like a bumpy thing, turns out is Chalazion

it went like this - first i came to Emergency eye care room, waiting 10 minutes inside. Immidiate diagnosis, recommend me eye drops, which cost 4$. They tell me to go to my local oftalmologist. To get to him, i call on Unified doctor registration number, its a robot, robot breaks after minute of dumb questions, reroutes me to a human, so i talk to operator and he signs me to oftalmologist next day appointment. I get there, its very close to home, inside 10 minute wait. Doctor says i don't really need 4$ drops, gives me paper and i need 2 stamps. One at registry of this clinic i am in, another from the clinic 300 meters down the street. I go to clinic 300 meters, there they give me stamp and say that i need to get there next morning at 8 am. I get there, and there i go through 2 rooms, and they say to me that i have to get blood and urine analysis with my local oftalmologyst. And after that in 2.5 weeks i could get a free operation for removal of this bump from my eye.

It looked really simple when i walked from point A to point B to point C following instructions, but now when i re-tell you it, it kinda begins to sound complicated if you think about it. But in total it took me maybe 2 hours, and this shit is free. (except dumb eye drops for 4$, which turns out i didn't really need. But its my bad that i bought them immidiatelly, if i were to ask oftalmologist NEXT DAY, he would still say to me to not buy them)

i can't believe expirience of hospitals in Germany will be worse. Like all the times i was in the hospitals, there were some nice old people, had to wait 10 minute maximum.
GermanyBernd2024-11-01 09:20:27 · 2yNo. 325426reply
Many docs don't even take new patients anymore. If they do, you have to wait weeks or months to get a free appointment. There is a service where you can call your health insurance company and they will get you an appointment, but it could be with a doctor at the other end of the city, where you have to travel two hours to get to.
All of these problems only apply of course if you're a pleb using public health insurance. In Germany we basically have a two class system regarding health insurance: rich people can afford private health insurance (they get appointments easier and the doc takes more time for you), all others have to use public health insurance.

RussiaBernd2024-11-01 09:27:46 · 2yNo. 325427reply
so are you a pleb or not? either way, whats the worse that can happen - two hours travel to other side of town? Or week or month of waiting?
i don't think its really painfull. What is really painful is to have hemor in your ass that won't go back in.

Like you can still try to heal your hemor with that ointment and hope that it will go away meanwhile while clock ticks and your free appointment nears
RussiaBernd2024-11-01 09:37:20 · 2yNo. 325428reply
And while waiting inside, i took some photos in the hospital. Old walls have maybe soviet time mosaics, like going to the arts gallery.
GermanyBernd2024-11-01 10:40:43 · 2yNo. 325435reply
One time I had issues with my stomach for weeks that didn't go away.

Called the nearest general practitioner for an appointment I didn't have one. I was new in the city and they wanted to give me one in over a month. It was really uncomfortable and I didn't want to wait for weeks. Called around until I found one where I could just go to when they are open first come first serve.
He told me to get a gastroscopy at a gastroenterologist. Called around all gastroenterologists within 30km to get an appointment. The earliest I got from all of them was in 3 months.
So I had to wait 3 month more to get it doned.

btw.
I pay 800€ per month for health care. When I go to the dentist to get a professional teeth cleanup I have to pay 110€ extra because the public health insurance won't pay for it.
GermanyBernd2024-11-01 10:58:33 · 2yNo. 325437reply
>because the public health insurance won't pay for it.
Switch your provider. Mine pays it (max. 80€ a year), better than nothing. Although I only have pay 50€, because the dentist is giving me a discount, because I clean my teeth well.
RussiaBernd2024-11-01 11:22:27 · 2yNo. 325439reply
>I pay 800€ per month for health care

you pay 2 times my monthly salary for a service that doesn't do you any good? And what if you skip and don't pay for a few months?
GermanyBernd2024-11-01 16:34:10 · 2yNo. 325458reply
It gets automatically deducted from my pay roll. You are obligated by law to have health insurance. So if I wouldn't pay they would ultimately just seize the money from my bank account. And to be fair the 800€ is from my untaxed income. So it probably is more like 600€ net that I would have more without health insurance.

I think mine would give me 50€ per year if I give them the invoice. But I didn't bother to find out how that works so far. I think it would make much more sense for me to get a private health insurance. But I hate to deal with that stuff.

Roiderinos aren't some kind of sickness that gets worse. More a sign of age. The chances are good that you will get them once, too.

how would you know, if you haven't gone to the doctor? there are variations in hemor, some are worse than others, which is why you need doctor to give you accurate diagnose. What you see, in a mirror? If i look at my ass in a mirror its just some dark hairy hole and i don't see shit due to bad angle

i said some good words about Russian doctors before, now i have to take them back, because today a doctor recommended me 2 homeopathic pseudo-drugs and in a rush i didn't notice it and bought them. now i think whether to eat them and hope for a placebo effect or just throw them in the garbage mourning 15$

Eat them. Placebo effect still works even if you know that it is placebo.
BelarusBernd2024-11-19 21:11:52 · 2yNo. 327026reply
It won't work if you don't address the root cause, at the very least it never works at a level where it's worth the amount they're selling these homeopathic "drugs" for.
United StatesBernd2024-11-19 21:32:28 · 2yNo. 327029reply
obviously they are not good at medication but they can calm you down if you don't know about placebo but they do nothing to you if you take them, so why not.
