With a ukrainian passport you can apply for a residence permit for temporary protection which will probably be extended as long as the war last.

I doubt that it is that easy to get taken by german university to get a student visa because they somehow have to recognize your foreign education. From my experience most foreigners that come to german university make bachelor in their home country and then switch to germany for their master. That would probably be easier.

You can get a student visa for a preparatory college, its the same here iirc

Look up wectern university, pick a study course you would want to take, see what they want from you to apply, and try it. If they take you, and you think that you might pass that course, you don't need an ukrainian passport. If not you either have to start studying on the poccner and switch to a german university during the course, or you take the other route to try to get to the wect via your ukrainian citizenship.

Imho you should move out as soon as possible. If you don't manage to emancipate yourself from you mom, you will also not have the courage to leave the country. Leaving your mom is the first step on your journey you should do as soon as possible. Also otherwise the probability is high that sooner or later your mom will find your hiding spot and steal everything against.

 

Only once you managed to cut toxic people out of your life your mind can start to heal and this won't be an easy process. When you cut them off, childhood traumas will slowly emerge and you brain will start process them. This is not a joyful process but a necessary one to become mentally healthy.

Don't let the russian put pressure on you. I started to cut off my toxic family when I turned 30. You are way earlier than that. But also don't put this off. You don't need to save tons of money to move out. So don't use this as an excuse. You can do it.
