As soon as a person can't do basic tasks for himself anymore with no perspective of this getting better society should just euthanize that person. Instead the wect transfers these people into nursing homes were low wage workers have to help them poop and wash them until they finally die themselves.
I really don't understand this.
Why does a person that has to lay in a bed 24/7 and gets pumped full with medication to keep him alive would still want to vegetate and further deteriorate in that state just to wait until the body finally gives out? Imho this is just cowardice towards death, irrational, and unfair for the low wage workers that have to serve these people.
Because majority of voters is old and we live in a democracy. My grandma has milions without ever having done aything but being a house wife.
From the perspective of doctors, why would you not milk these boomers?
Everyone else is milking them too, especially banks.
I think the ideal case would be families living together again, or maybe communities, where individuals have their offsprings to care for them, or alternatively just die a death with dignity.
