Imo pub quizzes involves knpwing a lot of random things, and while knowledge in general is good, knowing a lot random facts isn't necessarily a big advantage in life.

I assembled the team, so I guess I played an important part.

 

Pub quizzes are fun because you get to know your team members, everyone knows different things and together they make up one picture.
