You have to be careful with mixing different metals into your waterloop. You will have aluminum or copper in there already. The more noble metals will eat away the other one and the corrosion particles may clog it. Bronze seems pretty prone to corrosion to me.
You can get all sorts of different plastic bottles if you just browse a supermarket for plastic containers. Drill holes for connectors. Problems werent.
Another alternative would be to look for custom aquarium building tutorials. Cut plexiglass, glue it together and then seal it with silicone. Seems to be easier and safer to me.

My loop is copper only. Copper and Silver seem to get along well **and I will seel connections with silicon anyway**.
Also, silver is said to be uaeful against microbes amd funghi in fluids. I am consodering to put some silver in my water reservoir but i am not sure yet.

This is the hardest 3D part I have ever designed.
I will try to print them in ABS because they might need to withstand temperatures higher than 60 degrees.
Last time I tried to print ABS, my printer broke.

Bought ans mask, set up some airflow and preheating the printer to insert the ABS.

Seems like I have stored my ABS filament badly and it absorbed moisture. Apparently ABS does that a lot faster than PLA. This moisture is now fucking up my prints.

Garch alarm! No wonder you spend so much money on a computer. You are loaded.
I would recommend you try connecting two pieces of plywood with a screw like that on two pieces of scrap beforehand. The single layers of plywood are usually not that well connected and it will be really prone to splitting when you insert a screw between them even with predrilled holes.
I would have made rabbet joints without screws which would have been plenty. Maybe with some nails or even splines if you want it extra strong.
Why don't you just 3d print your water reservoir if you have the means to 3d print?

I finally figured out how to properly work with metal, I actually had to do a second water reservoir because the first one (left) turned out too shitty.
I also learned how to print ASA filament and the results are great. I got better in CAD software too.
