I just realized that Yugoslavia was such an Epic, great country able to push both USA and USSR around because it had a huge pair of balls hanging in its bottom.
GermanyBernd2024-08-21 09:14:40 · 2yNo. 317219reply
Yugoslavia hated both the West and the East, right?
BulgariaBernd2024-08-21 13:29:48 · 2yNo. 317230reply
Plot twist: the balls are Macedonia.

My srp friend told me Yugoslavia would never fall if Bulgaria wasn't hijacked by the USSR, how true is that
BulgariaBernd2024-08-21 16:58:54 · 2yNo. 317268reply
That's... weird, lol.
Long story short, Bulgaria and Yugoslavia were never on good terms during the commie years, in the beginning there were some talks about Bulgaria joining Yugoslavia, but this went nowhere (Stalin told Dimitrov to fuck off with that idea, and Tito was rightfully afraid Bulgaria had the USSR cock way too deep in its butt). There was a lot of trade between the two countries but the political situation was a different story, so there was no influence either way.

I think this is the part he referred to
What's the biggest difference between macedoniks and bulgars thoughth??
BulgariaBernd2024-08-21 17:23:19 · 2yNo. 317273reply
Well, objectively speaking, the defining innovation that separates the two languages is the reflex of Proto-Slavic *tj/dj - Bulgarian has a biconsonantal reflex (щ/жд), Macedonian has a monoconsonantal one (ќ/ѓ), like Western South Slavic; also, there are some differences in the reflexes of the nasals and the yat vowel. This is as far as the standard varieties are concerned, dialectally the picture is more complicated and they form a continuum anyway.

As for the historical disputes etc., it's all petty identitarian bullshit on both sides.

nono I mean on the personal level, how can I tell an macedon from bulgar judging solely from their behaviours

Ah, well, anecdotally, Maces tend to be kinda choleric in temperament, more like S*rbs. Buggerians are more "cold" and distant on average. Although there are all kinds of people in both places, of course. Otherwise we're pretty much the same shit, I think.

How is the general relationship of the Balkan countries with Russia? I have read that Serbs are the ultimate vatnik dicksuckers, hungarians to a lesser extent. I have no idea of Bulgaria or in what has it been relevant besides Spartacus having been born there.

Here is the bulgarian Touhou, Yuuka Kazami. She has the ability to control the flowers of all four seasons.

Thrace ≠ modern Bulgaria
BelizeBernd2024-08-21 18:57:24 · 2yNo. 317292reply
Then Immanuel Kant is not German because he was born in Kaliningrad, which is rightful Russian land.

P.S. I want a nuclear bomb dropped in Moscow and the St. Basil Cathedral demolished and have Russians receive the German treatment for their crimes against humanity and fill Russia with Africans and Arabs.
BulgariaBernd2024-08-21 18:57:27 · 2yNo. 317293reply
In short, yeah, Serbia is somewhat aligned with Russia geopolitically (this is a relatively recent, post-Yugo development resulting from its isolation due to all the wars and genocides and whatnot), although it's a bit useless for the Russkies themselves.

Bulgaria is firmly pro-Western on the state level (and part of EU and NATO), but it's chock-full of ziggers as well, and various populists are exploiting that.

Spartacus lived long before both the Slavic invasion (which, together with what remained of the local ex-Thracians/Greeks/whatever, eventually resulted in the Bulgarian ethnogenesis) and the Bulgars (from which the ethnonym came). As for relevance, well, it hasn't been really relevant since the 9th century, when the Cyrillic alphabet was fashioned on its territory.

>Here is the bulgarian Touhou, Yuuka Kazami. She has the ability to control the flowers of all four seasons.
Cool, is that officially so (I don't know shit about Touhou, lol)? I remember there being some Touhou girls/countries correspondences on the old Krautchan, but can't recall which is which.

Nice. I have gone to Germany a few years ago and it would be cool to know about Eastern Europe. Also, do not believe the Uruguayan tranny loser who wastes his time talking to himself about
>Muh aryans
>Muh hyperboreans
>Muh Yamnaya
He is the reason almost 80% of all posts in Krautchan are of him talking about chud things.

Also, Reisen is so beautiful.
