Yesterday morning my internet was very unstable. After I came back from work in the evening it was gone completely. Yesterday evening without internet was rough already. I took a walk for ans hour and listened to podcasts over my phone.

While surfing today morning on my phone it showed that I already went through 80% of my data volume.

 

Tomorrow is a public holiday and today at work I checked on amazon for a new router. Delivery would take over a week. Presumably because tomorrow is a public holiday against. I doubt that I would have made it over the next four days without internet.

 

Just came back from work and thank dog the internet is working against. So the problem was at the ISP.

 

Do you have a contingency plan if your internet falls out?

I have a big offline porn stash but I haven't updated my movie collection in over 10 years. Also I will store all my gog games on a harddrive. I also think that I will buy a spare router if something happens to my current one.
