The Clark and Hatfield experiment was done by 2 people, Professor Clark and Hatfield, to see how random college students would react to a request for sex by a member of the opposite sex. No women said "Yes.", but 75% of the men excepted the request. When they did the same thing but asking to "go out" instead of have sex, men and women responded the same.
