We all get fucked up in our childhood somehow and once we resolve all our problems, we are grown up.
Also, some people never get to resolve all their problems.

This would imply that a child between the moment of its birth and the moment it gets fucked up by real life is grown up and then transforms into a child when it gets fucked up.

Hm, what about phrasing it this way:

We get born with an unripe brain, and while we solve the issues we have fallen into because we were unripe, we become grown up and mentally strong.

However some people just won't solve all their issues until they die.

Don't you think that it could be possible to get fucked up, heal from it, and then get fucked up against from something in your 20s or later?

Whenever something causes mental stress for you in life, it is a chance to grow.

Don't you think?

I agree that most problems young adults have are results of traumas in their early childhood that never have been properly processed and only once you realize this and resolve them you have a chance to find mental peace.

I don't think you need severe stress in order to grow. Stressful situations are nearly always a result from a emotionally distorted perception of reality. By this I mean that a "grown" person wouldn't perceive these situations as stressful. The stress comes from an overdramatisation of the situation in the brain.
I think that good parenthood can give a child the security even from early on that it does not feel stress in challenging situations.
But yes if you are already fucked up experiencing stress and experiencing how trivial those situations are in reality this might be a good teacher. But if you are too stupid or damaged to learn from those situations they will fuck you up even more.
