I'm still on Win 7. I only use Win 11 for working in a programme that does not support Win7.

I use Windows 7 as well. I would run Linux, but I can't manage to run my second monitor in full HD on Linux.

I think Win10+ comes with a linux kernel included. Use Git Bash or Cygwin for teh win.
