Why are kc successor communities so plagued with schizoposters? I don't remember them when kc was still around. Maybe the high post rate just hid the problem.

The decline of imageboard popularity drove sane people to other forms of social media. Schizos have nowhere else to go because they get banned everywhere else. slowly becoming the majority while the others leave.

i think you have a really good point, but at the same time, i think that imageboards maybe just need a whole new idea/concept and somehow be adapted to our time. It is 2023. Not 2008. It's not Zuckerberg's fault that nobody likes to mavigate to plain old php pages.

I don't see very much difference between le reddit and the old php forums. I doubt that upvoting/downvoting and earning internet points are such a technological advancement. Especially if you don't have thousands of users a voting system wouldn't do much. So what would a new concept be in your opinion?
