There is no direct road connection in the channel tunnel. You get with your car on ans train and the train transports you through the tunnel.

Did you know Swedes drove on the left side up until 1967? Even though Norway and Finland drove on the right, they managed to keep all the land border crossings functional and people didn't collide there.
