Why are there people that die if they ate a peanut man, so weird.

i eat lots of it too but i notice it does not digest all that cleanly. when i came out of weeks long fruitjuice fasts and ate peanut butter, i could tell how i instantly build up mucus in the head and throat.

 

these days i like to make sauce out of peanut butter and coconut milk that i pour over rice or some rice-like grain.

I find it ridiculous how 100% peanut butter is usually 50-100% more expensive than 90% peanut butter.

I've never liked peanut butter and jelly. but I've found some other delicious combos

 

peanut butter and maple syrup

peanut butter and pickles

peanut butter and sweet chili sauce

 

even put that shit on a burger, sounds weird but it works

I can get a 15 oz (425 g) jar of peanut butter that only contains peanuts and salt for about 2 bucks.

 

I'm guessing you have less peanut butter variety on the Germany but it's pretty easy to make it yourself

on clobenia you can buy cheap 100% peanut butter from lifting supplements stores. I imagine it is same on the 'tschland

Lifting supplement stores rarely have cheap products. Protein bars and the like is something for zoomers that think they can pay extra for those instead of doing actual lifting.
