Have you learned any interesting facts recently? I learned that a banana tree is actually not a tree but instead a giant herb, and the bananas themselves are berries.
did you learn this recently? I have known this for ages because I am a frequent enjoyer of peanuts from the shell.
but I have never given much thought to banans, I mean I buy them from the store and pictured them being plucked from large trees with wood and bark like other trees I know.
but no, banana trees are not trees at all. they have no wood or bark at all. maybe I'm dumb, but learning this really blew my mind
