>Is it healthy to work out under a 30c sun, 3 hours after drinking a whole bottle of wine? Will this hypothetical person kill himself?
depends on:
>how hard the work out is
>what time it is because during 10 - 14 the sun can be dangerous but after that not really
>how much the sun has worn the person down the previous days, this would lower the ability to do this
>how much wine with how much alcohol content and how fast it was drunk
whole bottle seems a bit too much. heat and sunshine when the body is well rested and well hydrated are very healthy. alcohol robs the body of water though so when the workout is hard and the sun is hot, there might not be enough water in the body to sweat enough.
if i assume the worst (not well hydrated, not well rested, while the sun is nasty with a too hard workout) this could get dangerous if the alcohol overrides the body's signal. i don't know if alcohol can do that but since it makes people overconfident it wouldn't surprise me.
if you wanna save that person's life, go get that person a large bottle of water. 1 liter maybe, more if the person is big.
