Fish oil in capsules is often of low quality. The best quality of fish oil as well as the best distribution of different types of omega3 is in cod-liver oil. I try to eat one table spoon of cod liver oil everyday.

What kind of minerals?

My stack is cod liver oil, zinc, magnesium, and ashwagandha. I also have vitamin d3 but I'm not sure if I should take it because there is vitamin d3 in cod liver oil already.

I know, but capsules are more convenient and don't cause oily gross feeling in my mouth (I suppose the oil could be soaked into something)

those pills contain A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, biotin, folic acid, magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, iodine, chromium and selenium + some antioxidants (various plants extracts)

taking some of these together impacts absorbability but I can't be bothered to get separate pills

depends on the dose, but it's not that easy to overdose vitamin D (although it is easier than other vitamins since it's not water-soluble)
