I have 4 12cm computer fans which I hooked up to a power supply and attached to onto a board to make a stand. They lie at the side of my body and blow right at my legs. It impossible to hear them.
I also have a big one which can make a lot of wind but does some noise. I don't feel like this helps me at all because having a strong wind blow above me all the time while trying to sleep feels weird.
Also when it is really hot I take a cold shower right before going to sleep. But all these things only manage to make me fall asleep. I still wake up too early and am grumpy all day due to the lack of sleep.
This the same same type of American bulldhit as Imperial units, color coding the political parties wrong etc etc
Imagine thinking that 2/3 of summermoon are spring or that 2/3 autumnmoon is summer
At the autumn equinox the leaves are already losing their color and the weather is cold and wet - it is the heart of autumn
The same goes for summer solstice - that is when nature is in it's prime, the heart of summer

The purpose of these things is that the HR monkeys have an easier time comparing candidates so they only have to read the whole resume of the few most promising candidates.
There is nothing wrong with automation. It means that less HR monkeys have to be employed.
The real problem is that every company has their own form. A proper solution would be to have a standardized machine readable format of resumes and skip the pdf resume completely. This would be way easier for everyone.
this has nothing to do with profits. As a candidate you get the benefit of just having to do one standardized resume only once and not having to fill out forms.
My resume is written in LaTeX with the CurVe package and it was a pain to make tbh. But it was worth it compared to some MSword shit.

I feel like my solution would still be the better one because it is simple, easy, and free of errors. The only thing it lacks is one big party which would standardize such a thing and force it onto everyone else.
So yours is more realistic. you forgot to mention though that the results have to be written into a blockchain and stored in the cloud.

That does not matter. Even if you don't want to people compare everything that can be compared anyway. Your parents will tell you that they love each of their children equally. But in secret they will still prefer their little daughter to the Bernd. Such is life.
