>When you overdo it however, there is no way you will not get problems with paranoia, anxiety, psychosis, eating disorder and whatnot.
i dunno the rastas in jamaica they smoke like 25 pipes a day and they seem fine to me other then the damage they cause to their lungs. if you have a more simple and innocent life not surrounded by corruption, gaslighting, psyops, lies, trickery and other evil i don't think mental healthproblems are inevitable. is the same with lazyness. if you are lazy and then smoke weed, the weed is probably not gonna help.
>Actually most of the people in looney bins with drug-induced psychosis got it from weed abuse, so don't underestimate that.
i don't think drugs are that big of a part of the problem. drugs are more how the problem manifests themselves and the majority of people would have been in trouble with or without drugs simply because they let themselves be seduced by the wrong priorities in life.
>Alcohol (...) calming yourself down at the end of the day
i have never seen nor felt this working. to me alcohol just makes me uncomfortable and sad that people accept this dumbing down and accept this as a way to endure their shit life instead of focusing on having a better life.
i keep reducing alcohol to it's social implication. people who are otherwise obedient robots unable to do anything their boss has not ordered them to do their life is work-mode. then they buy beer in crates and once they open a beer, they are suddenly in fun-mode and can talk to people and usually become annoying or go to far and overstep the boundaries of other people because they have the eternal excuse. "oh no it is not my fault ... i was DRUNK so i don't have to be responsible for my actions".
