I started going outside on my balcony and sitting there for 5-10 minutes right after waking up to expose myself to sunlight. I worked surprisingly well in with making my wake up automatically in the morning and making me sleepy earlier in the evening.
Still have issues with actually going to sleep earlier. Also doing this in summer where it gets bright at 6 am is easy mode. Going outside in the cold in winter will be way harder.

learn to skate. when women see you being able to move your body, they wanna be all over you. skating is like a male dance and surprisingly lots of women are interested in it. it also builds some kind of connection to your body that you don't get from sitting in front of screens or going to the gym. it builds a physical confidence, a knowledge of balance.

i noticed people go on what they call tolerance breaks. i believe in this a lot. i always take a break of several weeks or months once or twice a year. currently trying to only smoke weed during the depressing winter.
 
i've been smoking weeds in very very low quantities for 10 years and when i look at people who have been drinking for 10 years i am very glad that i am me and not them ^^

what helped me understand my body and motions and the connection between muscles and rhythm was skating. i would never feel comfortable dancing during my 20s but now in my 30s after skating for a few years, it just feels so effortless to dance. i must have picked it up peripherally during skating and one day i just knew how to do it.
 
now after having felt how dancing feels after a life of not-dancing i believe dancing is a important part of a human life. without dancing something essential is missing, it's life-improving effects can be felt during dance and even afterwards for a while. i think it plays a role in maintaining good health (and i think the same about skating).

I've found that "losing weight" is not a particularly motivating goal in itself. Try to think of other things you'd be able to get or achieve once you've lost the weight. Like gfs, going hiking long distances, more professional success (money), etc. Perhaps one of those second-order goals will allow you to plow through the first-order goal of losing weight.

calories are suspect to me because they disregard digestion. 1000 calories of watermelon and 1000 calories of chocolate pudding don't digest the same and they leave varying amounts of metabolic waste depending on what species with which organ configuration digests it.
 
nicocados all have lymphatic stagnation, they need muscle activity and perspiration to knead their overcapacitated lymphatic system back to normality and when they eat this heavy to digest stuff they will just add to it.

I am trying to be a line cook
I am poor at communication and cooperation, i am a slow learner, and freeze up often
but i think i would be a good line cook if i get enough experience
i lost my coding job and cant get another one so i am setting my goals low
i am working as a dishwasher and while i have been given line cook work occassionally, i still have the pay and title of dishwasher, so i told them i wont do any line work until i have the pay and title of dishwasher (will never happen at current job i think) so i am applying at other jobs
maybe this is a terrible plan and i should seek factory work instead, because there is always lots of unneccessary drama in kitchens, as if it attracts people who want to make everyone's job overly socially-complex. i'd rather just work and go home

i'm not capable enough to drive safely or get a CDL. otherwise, would be a comfy solo job
line cook is the guy who makes the food for the orders when you order at a restaurant. it is higher paying than prep cooks, who prepare things beforehand without the time-crunch
it is very stressful but i enjoy time management/multitasking challenges, so i enjoy it enough to consider it anyway
it is not a leadership role (that would be chef or sous-chef)

if you have never done regular exercise while in-shape, you will most likely overestimate the danger of pushing yourself more
DOMS isn't a big deal anyway. Just spend more time in between sessions and reduce that time until it's every other day (the DOMS will get better like that too, until it's gone, after 2-3 sessions)
burpees are a very difficult thing to start with though. just try simple stuff like you learned in school

they tell fat people to go swimming to lose weight, i think that's solid advice. if you have convenient access to a swimming pool, that might be something for you. the water helps you not be weighed down by the weight. if you are attractive and constantly have to endure the desperate flirting of ugly people or if you don't like people for other reasons, try to go either very early or very late but that doesn't seem to be one of your problems. you sound like you can just go to a place no matter how crowded and nobody cares and you are invisible and free to mind your business without being annoyed; must be nice.

2. Zinc. A "blind buy", a recommendation from 2020, but somehow, it helped me to lose my pimples. Apparently, I have all the signs of zinc deficiency AND copper abundance (Cu and Zn cancel each other in terms of body absorbtion)

you want the pimples though. that's your body trying to get the waste out that you have failed to account for lymphatically.
 
if the pimple stop you might like that aesthetically though that might also mean your body can no longer use the pores and has to resort to the much worse fate of storing the pimples in the body where they rot and dehydrate and turn into tumors, which i don't wish on you beautiful baby.
 
pimples can only come from eating garbage. if i was you i would try sauna. sweating helps your skin pass the nasty stuff. exercise that makes you sweat alot would be even better. the muscle activity kneads your lymph system and the sweating powerwashes your pores.

i guess many people don't sweat in the face. ever seen porn of sunny lane? when she fucks for a while her whole face sweats. that's how you do it. sweating is so good. when a pore sweats, a little bit of the accumulating pimple juice gets washed out as well. this cleans the pore.
 
having a blackhead from a simplistic view means you don't sweat enough. from a more complex perspective: you have been making such bad food choices and sweat so little that the pore stopped being a walkway for pimplejuice and became a storage facility.
 
the pimple juice when not brought out of the body starts to dehydrate (which makes it turn dark over time) and becomes breeding grounds for microorganisms. it also just clogs the system. letting a pore get dirty like that is just like not flushing a toilet. imagine you take a shit in a toilet 10 times without flushing. and then the toilet overflows and you keep shitting in it. the poo is already leaking over the top and starts to spill over the floor. basically the same.
