nope is spruce tip syrup - I was going to use fresh spruce tips like usually but the may this year was too rainy and I missed the picking period so I had to use leftover syrup from last yera

about 40€. over half of that is grain extract which makes me think I need to get bigger pot so I can mash myself properly and get cost down to 20-25€
