I don't like shaving, but I have a patchy beard, so I have to do it.

I just buzz mine with clippers once or twice a month.

t. moderately thick beard but it starts looking scraggly once it reaches a certain length

Imagine shaving with an electric trimmer like this instead of going to a barber with a beautiful sharpened razor.

Some people say that by shaving with an electric trimmer, your beard hair will always grow bad and scruffy, is it true?

Looking at my father, I will likely only grow a shitty beard that looks like pubes my entire life so I have to cut it all off every few days.

Really annoying but it is how it is.

I think going unshaved is barbarianism, the only acceptable form of facial hair is a moustache. I will grow one out once I'm older but for now I'd uniron go for laser hair removal or whatever it's called.

>phillips one blade
I bought the rowenta equivalent and was dissapointed tbh.
It pulls at the hair when I leave it too long and when I have it short an ordinary electric shaver has a better result.
Something between a trimmer and an electric shaver but worse than both in their field.

Is Rowenta a good brand

I don't know.
I dislike phillips because at least for their electric toothbrushes I made the experience that they build planned obsolescence into their product. The phillips one blade has replaceable heads so I assume they try to milk you this way there.

For battery powered trimmers and battery powered shavers I think panasonic is one of the best. For cabled trimmers you can go for moser or wahl.
