Damn bernd, I love vegetables. Cauliflower, green beans, water flower, tomates, specially the ones that are a good source of iron, I eat them all, always steamed, always as a side dish for a low fat beef cut.
Yet in spite of my extremely healthy diet, I'm a depressed person with poor sleep, low energy/ How come?
What if eating healthy isn't actually a good thing?

Just do what makes you happy. Try new things, and explore cravings you never knew you had. And who said eating healthy leads to Happiness?

How can a bartered wife knows what makes her happy, explore her cravings? There are only closed doors and estrangements. She doesn't know herself anymore and she is broken, unable to start knowing herself.
