I find IQ-tests incredibly boring and tedious.

But if I put in some effort I can achieve high results. The highest I had was 150-something, I remember getting 137 another time and today I did the test by Mensa Norway but quit after only doing 27/35 exercises and still got 121. 130 is the requirement to join Mensa. Should I try to join?

why would you want to join?

Why do you do them so often if you find them boring?

You know this kind of tests show relevant results only the first time you complete them, right?

What makes you think I do them often?

You did at least three judging by your post. Probably more .

I did like 5 over a course of 15 years. Is that "so often"?

Yes.
Why would you do an IQ test more than once? Is this number very important for you?
