99% of criminals in Austria from ex-AH are gypsy. Problem is they can't just say they are gypsies as we can't say it.

Back in the communism law enforcement had the category of "gypsy crimes" for certain crimes what gypsies committed as overwhelming majority in those categories (eg. theft). Now it's racist to say such things.
