- skin looks healthier, not so dry
- chronic dandruff reduced
- hair looks healthier
- falling asleep is completely different
- sleep quality is good
- brain is starting to repair and function again, I had problems with memory and understanding simple things, so cognitive functions are improving
- easier to lose weight
- anxiety is almost gone
- ability to handle stress improved greatly
- easier to stay on healthy diet and keep exercising, when I drink I'm out of the game for a week
The negative part is the loss of social fun on events. I really enjoyed having fun drunk with good people, but I have to learn now to just enjoy my friends company without alcohol. Still working on that part. I can only drink so much coffee.
