What's the chance a prostitute would report me to police if I pay for her service and the whole "rape" part would be that I'd refuse to use a condom and leave without getting what I paid for?
PolandBernd2023-04-18 15:32:43 · 3yNo. 266713reply
why would she report you if you paid and then left?
RussiaBernd2023-04-18 15:43:24 · 3yNo. 266714reply
No, you don't get it: she probably wouldn't let me sex her vaginer without condom, so that means that I will have to use force which could be qualified as rape, but still, I would pay.

There was a case in the Netherlands recently, a man was charged with rape because he removed the condom during sex (without consent, allegedly). Though even here he was acquitted of the rape charges.

oh, if that's the case then she'll definitely call the cops on you and I hope your pp falls off after catching some nasty STD

that's called stealthing and it's rape

Also afaik the prostitution is illegal in Russia so if she'd report you she'd also face criminal charges so I don't think she'd do that. More likely she'd call her pimp to kick your ass. And I also hope your pp falls off btw.

> it's rape
It's arguable, what matters is that law disagrees with you.
PolandBernd2023-04-18 16:05:16 · 3yNo. 266721reply
then the law is wrong, because if someone agrees to have sex with protection and you stealthily remove it then it's no longer consensual AKA rape; not all rape includes fighting and screaming

also, if I recall correctly, it is rape/sexual assault according to the current law in Canada, UK, Germany and New Zealand

To make sure we're all on the same page here, let me post this (stupid wiki) link:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-consensual_condom_removal

>use force to fuck non consenting woman
that's still rape, regardless of the other details.

>stealthing
that is what it's called and while it may be a crime depending on country (it's not in the US (except california, state law not federal), for instance ), it's not considered rape, as the act of rape is "non consensual sex". There was a case a while ago here about some guy lying about who he was to impress a girl and they had sex, only for her to figure out he wasn't who he said, and her reasoning was basically "the sex was consensual on the basis that I believed him to be X" (X is a movie star or something, idk). Anyway, it was boiled down to "sex was consensual" and he wasn't charged with rape.

rape != sexual assault, they are different categories of offenses, even if they're seen by the layman as similar in nature.
