How's the Ramadan fast goes for you, bros?
For me, having to abstain from using nicotine products is the hardest part, as my addiction is so strong that I can't even take a shit without snus/vape/cigarette/whatever, so I only manage to poop after iftar. And still, it usually turns out to be a lackluster, underwhelming poopage experience that fails to push all of the shit out of my body as nicotine is only 50% of a good poop, the rest would be coffee. But who in their right mind would drink coffe after iftar, which takes place after 19:00 here?

Are there any reasons you're going through it, besides your beliefs?
Sometimes I don't poop for a week or two without any restrictions or changes, never thought of that as a problem. Also I don't take nicotine nor coffee anyway.

Intermittent fasting is unironi good for health, isn't it. The thing is that I've been on OMAD diet for two years by now, but that, unlike Ramadan, doesn't mean excluding nicotine and water for the whole day.
Ramadan isn't quite OMAD either as the food window is quite wide and it is recommended to eat twice if you're an obedient proper Muslim, but I am not...

A lot. I can easily consume my daily 1800-2000 kcal in one sitting.

Intermittent fasting is good for your health as another anon said. Limiting it to "only during sundown", which is also when most people sleep, means you have very limited time; it was probably made that way because most muslims are retarded and wouldn't be able to truthfully say "this is my one time!" during the day with one group and then another time with another group, so they made it easy to figure out for everyone on when to do. Sucks for digesting near sleep though lol.

Fasting for 2 days is better for autophagy, and around 3 days is good for neurogenesis (new brain cells). Past 3 days though you need to start consuming potassium and sodium to not have your body leech minerals away from important stuff, so it's more in the realm of "advanced" stuff, i.e. people who kind of now what they're doing. No one should have any problems between 0-3 days though. It's also good for increasing base level glycogen stores, training willpower, and overall reducing how much hunger the body feels.
After doing it so much, I still notice when my body is scheduled to eat (you can change this by changing your eating times over three day period*), but I don't get "hungry" until two days without food. It's pretty neat, give it a shot anon.
*After three or so days of fasting, your ghrelin or leptin (i forget which) that tells you you're hungry ceases, having elicited no response, and you stop feeling hunger.

As that guy said, your body adapts to whatever you do. Shifting to OMAD, the first day or two is a bit rough but later you easily become able to eat 2k calories in "one sitting", provided you have the food available. It's called "one meal a day", but is actually understood to be "eating in a small window of time", which can be between 1-4 hours long, well enough time to eat some, take a digestion break / go for a small walk, then eat again.

He mentioned nicotine, so I should say fasting of any short, from a physiological viewpoint, doesn't care if you consume nicotine or caffeine or water. You can go without water for a day if you just don't like drinking water, but doing so "because you're supposed to" is a) just ramadan nonsense and b) likely done to further test willpower / spiritual stuff (which to be fair is the entire point of ramadan anyway, so in that sense it's fine, but physically it's stupid, especially for a desert people).

auto is greek for self
phage is greek for eating
it directly translates to "eating of the self", and is what the macrophages (see that same root) and other immune cells do to clean up the body.
I know you're just shitposting but I like linguistics too much to play along sorry.
