I want to be powerful and I wonder whether the right way of doing that is building muscles or just getting really fat

When you engage fat people in a fight you can just make them chase you for 30 seconds and they pass out

It depends on the person and how tall someone is, if you're a tall guy you can get somewhat fat and have some agility and endurance to be able to last in a fight and it makes sense, but overall just being fat gives you an advantage over someone that isn't.

this is why sumo fights usually take shorter than that, and if it stretches out to 2-3 minutes they're usually broken up and given a rest before they can continue
