When are you eating your meals? Do you eat traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner? Do you skip breakfast? I was thinking of trying breakfast, then just eating some healthy snacks during the work day and before gym and dinner in the evening of course.

I eat once a day but without a strict schedule, the only rule is to eat once a day.

Breakfast is the most important meal of day
GermanyBernd2023-03-23 15:14:01 · 3yNo. 262246reply
Currently just lunch at 12am and dinner at ~7pm. One to two covfefes with ans sugar before lunch and one in the afternoon You could call it intermittent fasting but I'm just not a breakfast person.
When I'm heavily in training I just add a shake in the morning and a brotein shake in the afternoon after training.

How many calories do you consume per day?
NetherlandsBernd2023-03-23 16:55:21 · 3yNo. 262276reply
Usually two times per day, lunch around 2pm and dinner around 8pm. I tried to have breakfasts but I just can't eat first few hours after I woke up.

I just eat whenever I feel like it is appropriate to do so
I've been trying to regulate what I eat for a while now and have avoided eating carbs so I can lose weight and not get bloated, it hasn't even really been working and my weight has been pretty stable for some time now.
But it's not even a diet to me anymore, it has become a lifestyle of avoiding carbs and eating more protein and fats, the thing I fear the most is becoming fat and then not being able to lose weight, it seems that there are a lot of people out there who diet and still can't lose weight despite adhering to the diet religiously, it's like to me that as soon as you get fat then it's over for you.

Maybe in the future I will start meal prepping and such, but there's not really a huge necessity for it because it seems like for the most part that I don't really have an issue with over-eating or eating unhealthy foods. The only problem I have is feeling bloated, I don't know what causes it but other than that my weight is pretty reasonable.
I currently weigh at 74 kilos, there used to be a point in time where I weighed 60 despite not ever putting any effort towards eating less carbs or anything similar. I ate twice a day, lived a pretty normal life where I didn't feel like I was neglecting myself to be thin and I still weighed 60 kilos. I've spent most of my life eating clean without even really knowing it, it was just food to me and I have an easy time eating foods that are healthy and sometimes even prefer it.

clean eating or avoiding carbs doesn't matter, if you don't want to be fat then you need to burn more calories than you eat, simple CICO
SloveniaBernd2023-03-24 17:09:30 · 3yNo. 262420reply
how much calories you're going to burn depends a lot on how tired you feel during the day, so eating food that will not make you feel tired is a good idea
