I was writing a longer tutorial, but I lost it when trying to paste something (I hate that bug). Basically, you need to open your browser developer tools, in the network tab, and find a connection to a URL similar as the one above. Then, you copy that URL and download it with youtube-dl.

you can also use ffmpeg to dump directly from a m3u8 stream

you might also want to use ans JDownloader
