You can apply for land in Russia. You have to spend 5 years there and learn Russian. The land is on Russian far east and Siberia. You get it randomly so it could be in some frozen hell in northern Yakutia, or on nice Kamchatka. I'm not sure about the area, I kinda recall 2-4 acres. I bet you can buy some more to that relatively cheap.
