Did you know that those almonds consume 20% of California's water resources, and that they have preferential treatment due to shady deals the handrubber owning the plantations have done with LA city authorities in the 80s?

Im drunk and eating almonds again. I opened these which my dad bought for me because he knows i like both almonds and spicy foods

They are not overwhelmingly spicy, but I find them a bit too spicy for snacking purposes on their own. I think i will mix them in a container with raw almonds, smoked almonds and my usual roasted almonds to make a perfect beer snack concoction

When I occasionally eat too many almonds or other snack nuts I feel slightly unwell. I'm wondering if nuts overdose (or excessive consumption side effects) is a thing

I've heard that can happen especially with brazil nuts because they have a ton of selenium in them. Like just 2 or 3 of them gives you your total daily selenium needs, so eating too many of them can make you feel ill

For me it was mostly fatigue and slow thinking, probably headaches.
Although I realised it could also be an allergy...

In 2021, our country remained the world leader in exports of blueberries, grapes, asparagus and quinoa, as well as number one in sales of anthracites in Latam and the Caribbean. In addition, it ranked second in shipments of fresh avocados, and other products such as processed squid, canned artichokes, and fresh peeled chestnuts.

Also, Peru remained on the international podium thanks to its successful marketing of fish products such as frozen squid, fan shell. There are also frozen mangoes, wilkings mandarins, whole capsicum and canned hearts of palm.

In view of the aforementioned, our country was placed in fourth place due to the exported volume of fresh mangoes, frozen trout fillets, molded wood and boric acid. Meanwhile, thanks to last year's results, Peru was among the top five exporters of ginger (kion) and palm oil in Latin America and the Caribbean.
