What's your opinion on Anglish?
>Anglish is a kind of English which prefers native words over those borrowed from foreign languages. Anglish is linguistic purism applied to English.

I also liked the description of the Anglish subreddit
>Anglish is how we might speak if the Normans had been beaten at Hastings, and if we had not made inkhorn words out of Latin, Greek and French.

My native language is German and when I speak German I try to avoid using English terms that found its way into colloquial German.
Another plus is not sounding like a retarded zoomer when every third word is an English one. Weird, sus, strange, cringe etc.
However I have to admit I am not using German terms when talking about 'pointers', 'strings' and related. I know, I know.

Languages are meant to evolve, you can not possibly stop it.
Therefore stand by and enjoy the ride.

There’s a difference between degeneration and evolution.
