I have never never seen falling snow. I envy berds that live climates where snow falls. I can imagine all the fun I could have . Building snowmen and throwing snowballs at wildlife.
I like cold weather but it's a rarity here in Northern Mexico.

I grew up in phoenix and i remember lusting for snow like you. But in reality its nice to look at for a bit but it quickly becomes an annoyance
Especialy here in PNW where it rarely stays below freezing for long, so when we have a snowstorm it keeps snowing then partially melting then refreezing, rinse repeat for several days until you have varying layers of snow, solid ice and slush all over the roads
