science and progress aren't evil but enlightenment is evil

knowledge and such is normal but knowledge of the gods is definitely evil

it was enlightenment when adam and eve ate from the tree of knowledge, they managed to get the knowledge that only gods had, but for someone to possess knowledge after the fall from grace is no longer considered to be enlightenment but just knowledge

enlightenment is always a sin, but then what is truly the definition of enlightenment and how does it separate itself from just knowledge? Are we supposed to be wary of a period in time where there might be some form of giant leap in progress of civilization, would that be considered a sin and near something that could be said to be the knowledge of the gods?

science and progress is not a sin, people who think so are interpreting things in the wrong way.
