In fact I read his collected works, three large volumes. I took a bit of a pause with a Gerald Durrell novel a month ago.

I like falling asleep to generic boring anime shows on my phone.

Soothing music helps me sleep.

Sometimes to ASMR.

I prefer to fall asleep in silence, listening to someone talk while trying to drift off would feel weird; but I do read AO3 before bed
