What is the difference between Pasta Asciutta and Spaghetti Bolognese?

I don't know, but thank you for introducing me to Spaghetti alla putanesca (if that were you).

Yes, do you like it?
It's great, quick and scratches some special itches all at once, right?

Pasta Asciutta is dry
Bolognese needs to have a proper sauce

Excellent, you're welcome!

There's that Knorr spice mix for Pasta Asciutta that I often used ages ago before I learned how easy it is to do all fresh and I suspect it's actually a mix for Spaghetti Bolognese instead.
Your description would fit my suspicion.
