It's just that 1996 was the last good year for fashion, and even by that point it was already kinda bad. Fashion peaked at 1989-1992.
Why did Oasis look cool and still look cool today, between 93-96 but by the late 90s and early 2000s they just look cringe.
Was it their fault, or were the early 2000s just cringe looking in retrospect?
