Ate 500g of chili beans straight out of the can with a spoon hobo style for breakfast, have been farting nonstop ever since, lower belly is making lots of noises too
I do the same sometimes for dinner but I pour it in a bowl and add some Shredded cheese, a few spoonfuls of sour cream, and a shit load of onions. If I'm feeling particularly fancy I will microwave it first
The last time I made a big pot of chili i I threw away like a third of it. After eating it for a couple of days it was so taxing on my stomach and angus that I just didn't want to eat it anymore.
