Your table might become wobbly and fall apart after a while, depending on construction.

Anything with adjustable height is fine, if you want to stand you’ll need a higher desk of course

Yours is totally made out of particle board. So it's basically made out of wood waste. With a metal base you could at least theoretically replace the particle board top with a proper wooden board to make it a good quality table.
