I think I am getting harassed by laser pointers. Yes, maybe several. I have a video that shows many flashing small blue dots. My curtains are closed and I have a camera positioned to film the curtain.
What are those blue dots? Could it be image disturbances? For me it looks like someone is hastily shaking his arm with the laser pointer for annoyance effect.
How can I make sure I'm not imagining things?
No, I didn't. But I feel you. I have/had similiar problems (I am OP) and let me tell you, IBs are not good for your mental health. You will start to relate things that are posted here to you/your current life situation. And people on IBs will start to fuck with your brain by posting stuff to confuse you when they sense that certain kind of weak spot of you (yes, deliberately. A simple "WE KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU!" did cause me anxiety and paranoia. Or reading my (generic German) name on /b back at KhC etc.) I advise you to avoid IBs if you (currently) have problems thrusting aside suspicions that arise for you being on here that seemingly to be directed at you.
