Assuming you weigh 80kg, you don't really need more than 120g of protein a day. And btw raw eggs have worse protein availability. Better cook them.

Recently Bernd is getting into vegan cuisine.
I will never stop eating meat because picrel let's my german heart beat faster but I have to admit that vegan cuisine can be very good and it doesn't deserve to be hated only because twitter vegans are annoying.
