Ylilauta /int/ernational is exactly that and I think it is unusable. The local /b/ (satunnainen) is literally overrun by normies and bydlos, I only go there when I need to shit(post). Sometimes however there can be found a gem among the shit and you can have a serious discussion too.

Use the Block element function of uBlock to get rid of the popup.

If the site starts to throw actual popup prompts (telling you the same) I disabled JS, reloaded the site and disallowed the domain to prompt me again (Firefox ftw in this case I could imagine)
